This is like a surgical instrument. The flexible blade gives this knife a different feel, so treat it with respect and keep it in it's sheath. You should never need another.

I alreay own this knife and I'm purchasing another one to use in my summer home. I use it whenever I have to cut my chicken breast into cutlets. It works great and if you maintain the sharpness with the sharpener, you will have a knife to last you a lifetime. I purchased the set and this knife was part of it. It works great.
