THE BOOS CHOPPING BLOCKS ARE SUPERIOR IN QUALITY AND AESTHETICS - THE HARD WOODS ARE IDEAL FOR MAINTAINING A SHARP KNIFE EDGE , IT'S A JOY TO USE, IN FACT, MY KNIVES HAVE NEVER BEEN FASTER ! THEY'RE SO ATTRACTIVE THAT ADDING ONE TO YOUR KITCHEN IS ALMOST A MAKEOVER - WE JUST LOVE OURS - WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT , IN FACT , WE CONSIDER OURS A FUTURE HEIRLOOM !
