"Have two of these in my kitchen - love them. They are thick, large, heavy boards that not only are very utilitarian because the surface is a tight grain wood that doesn't pick up colors or odors easily, but is beautiful. There is a very nicely laid pattern in the block - looks very elegant actually - weird thing to say for a cutting board, but it is true!"

Absolutely Beautiful!

"This bamboo cutting board is substantial and heavy. It's well made and the surface is very smooth. It is so pretty you can leave it on your counter top all the time, or even use one as a small tabletop. I've sent a couple as gifts - the recipients loved them. These were in the catalog for years at a much higher price. This is the deal (steal) of the year. Buy one or several before they're gone."

"I bought both boards last year. The large board split after very little use. They are extremely heavy. The small one is easier to use, but I would not recommend buying them unless you are into weight lifting."

"I bought 2 of the large size; one as a gift for my sister & brother and law and one for myself. They loved it. It looks great on my new granite counter-top :) I'm considering buying the smaller size also for smaller jobs since the large one is a bit heavy."

"This cutting board is amazing! It is heavier than I would normally like, but luckily, I really never have to move it. It looks so beautiful that I just leave it out on the counter like a butcher block. I bought while these were WAY on sale, too, but now that I have one, it is definitely worth full price! They make great gifts, too, because everyone could use one of these!"
