Great boning knife!

I purchased this knife in a set for my chef class and it really does the job. Super sharp, super flexible for edging around bones and joints, this Wusthof knife will never let you down. A great addition to my knife roll, this one stays put until I'm fabricating meat. The job is done before you know it with no ragged edges. Great knife.
Pros: construction, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, easy to use, Full tang, Performs Well, Riveted
