I am always looking to add to my collection of Grand Prix knives when I see a practical use for a new item. The Wusthof Grand Prix II Slicer is one of the finest blades I have ever used. It carves roasts an poultry like butter and is even great on vegtables and fruit. Unlike other serrated edges this wide edge is honed so finely that it cuts like a razor blade never tearing the meat as it cuts. This knife went beyond my expectations and I look forward to finding new things to cut with it.
