I tried my cast iron Sportsman Grill for the first time yesterday. It heated quickly and evenly and cooked my food to perfection. Would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.
Pros: construction, Performs Well, durability, Well Made/ Sturdy, Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, Portable, quality, Material, Appearance/ Design /Style, Functional/Useful, Long-lasting

Just received this Lodge Sportsman Grill in the mail. The quality of 'fit and finish' is extraordinary! Heavy gauge, well made and absolutely perfect. This is absolutely the best way to BBQ with charcoal! I have been looking for years to find the right Habachi style grill.

Lodge also makes a nice cover for this grill, but unfortunately Chefs Catalog does not show it to be available. I will have to go directly to Lodge to buy it along with their 14 oz melting pot (for melting sauces and marinades).
If you are looking for the absolutely perfect way to cook a couple of steaks or burgers over hot coals, THIS GRILL IS IT!!!! I highly recommend this Habichi style grill. You won't be disappointed.
