"Love my cornbread pan!!! Nice even servings everytime! If I wasn't old, maybe the pan wouldn't feel so heavy, but what can I expect, it's an iron skillet! Nice and cured, ah life made simple, gotta love it!"

I love cast iron.....October 23, 2007 Joanne70from Allenstown, New Hampshire
"and especially when it is preseasoned! I use this when I make corn bread and it would be great for any kind of muffin or biscuit! I gave it four stars only because you really need to grease the pan quite a bit for things to "POP" out of the pre-sectioned slots. Other than that minor problem, it is a great piece to have in the kitchen for perfect sized bread products."
