My daughter has turned into quite the gourmet cook. She has been using Wusthof knives for the past five years or so and has been adding to her collection each year. Tops on her Christmas wish list was the soft cheese knife. It is a terrific product and cuts soft cheeses beautifully - no more torn cheese!
