"My husband bought me one of these Sil Pat baking mats for christmas and I absolutely love it. I no longer have to buy exspensive parchment paper to do my baking. Sil pat baking mats are reuseable unlike parchment paper which has to be thrown out after I use it. Cookies and pasteries slide right off when the baking is done, browning is even, and I know I always have them on hand unlike with parchment paper."

"I use this frequently. One improvment would be circles of different diameters to aid in rolling out pastry. Also -- because of its size it is a little unwieldy to clean. But, not so much that it discourages me from using."
