Tis is the 4th skillet I have purchased. It was for a friend who liked mine. I give them as gifts and just becauses. They are great for pancakes, burgers, chili and everything in between. A real winner. Then wash it in the dishwasher. The non-stick coating wears off with use, even when using silicone spatula or wooden spoons only.

I Recieved this product as a Christmas gift and I just love it. It is by far the best pan of this kind I have ever owned and I cant wait untill summer time when I can use it to fry fish,

I love and enjoy cooking and baking and using all kinds of kitchen appliances in doing so. I have egg cookers and choppers, great knives, great bakeware etc. but when I replaced my electric skillet a while back I have to say I made the best choice ever! It cooks great!!! The size is perfect and the clean up wonderful. You can even put it in the dishwasher is you need or want to and I have. I couldn't believe it! I have bought and given the same skillet as wedding gifts! If I somehow managed to wear it out I would replace it without hesitation!!!

In our 44 plus years of married life, I've never paid this much for an electric skillet.....and I've never regretted a purchase less!! This is left on the counter because if it's stylish look and also because it is used at least once a day and often at every meal. It cleans with a swipe of a damp towel in most cases. I can't extol its virtues enough. If something were to happen to it, I would replace it in a heartbeat. I've popped popcorn in it, cooked a complete breakfast including the toast, heated leftovers, done spagetti sauce and on and on. It is a large capacity cooker that will quickly ease it's way into your life.

The Cuisinart Electric Skillet works beautifully, does not heat up the kitchen. It really cooks the food well; and you can vary your temperatures, and you can cook many different type dishes You can cook more than one item in the pan, and the end result is the food tastes great. Would highly recommend this skillet.

This fits nicely on the top of my bottom of the line electgric apartment stove. It also fills an important gap in my cooking-the ability to get fine control over heat. So far, my only complaint is the short cord but that is easily compensated for.

I have had one of these for almost a year. It does not hold the temperature nearly as well as I thought it would. The temp goes way down when you add an item and takes a while to return to the correct temp. The center is much hotter than the sides and as the center is slightly concave, whatever you are frying tends to do better in the center. Items on the sides do not get done, so pancakes for instance, are much more done on the side nearer the center. Cleanup is wonderful and very easy. Not being flat is the biggest issue, I think. Previously I had a Miracle Maid which lasted for 30+ years. I guess I was spoiled. Alas Miracle Maid is no longer in business.

We have not owned an electric skillet in years. This one is lovely to look at, cooks beautifully, and is so easy to clean. It does heat unevenly, being a little cooler around the outside edges, but, this has not been a problem for me as yet.

The Cuisinart Electric Skillet is very large and is ideal for cooking large quantities. Because of its large size, however, I found the heat is not evenly distributed. Food in the center of the skillet cooks better than food around the perimeter I used the skillet this weekend to cook fried chicken and found the chicken placed around the sides of the skillet did not cook as well as pieces cooked in the center of the skillet. Although the large size is appealing, I would much rather have evenly distributed heat.

This purchase was to replace an exact duplicate. The original was showing wear and I wanted to make sure I did not go without this skillet. I now consider it a "must have" appliance because it is easy to use and clean. It is portable and we use it not only at home; but at cooking functions elsewhere.

This product is poorly designed. It constantly shuts off and on throughout the cooking cycle. This is something that I have no control over. No skillet should do that. When I want it on 350 degrees, it should stay at that temperature until I either lower or raise the temperature myself. The skillet is also loud to boot!

I debated on purchasing this skillet for months but am so glad I finally bought it. It is everything I wanted in an electric skillet. I use my electric skillets quite a lot - and burn then out rather quickly. This is a quality skillet, the lid fits perfectly and therefore does not leave puddles on my countertop. The non-stick quality is excellent. It heats and cooks evenly. The weight and construction are ideal. I am definitely a huge fan!
