Could be better...

"We purchased this particular model because we've always had good luck w/Braun and Krups products. While we initially wanted to purchase the thermal carafe model, I was concerned about cleaning issues.
This model, while it makes adequate coffee, has a few features with which we are not impressed.
If the power goes out and flicks back on (which is common where we live), the coffee maker starts up again regardless of any other settings.
Secondly, you cannot turn off the coffee maker and turn it back on to continue to keep your coffee warm.
Thirdly, it's a real hassle to reprogram or program initially. The programming feature is not user friendly.
And lastly, it chirps three times when the coffee is ready and then does it again. This is the last thing we want to hear at 6 am. We can smell the coffee, we don't need to have an annoying chirping sound lol.
We've had this maker for two years now and I miss my basic Mr. Coffee that we bought when we first were married over 20 years ago .... lol"
