"Fantastico!!! What a wonderful machine! Sorbetto (or sorbet in France) like you haven't had since your last trip to Firenze and Roma. This freezing device allows you to use fresh fruit juices, low-fat milk and/or yoghurts to make the most incredible desserts you can imagine. Così facile, così rapidamente, così delizioso!!! Traditional ice creams made with a pre-cooked custard are equally wonderful but the opportunity to explore new light and healthier desserts even using sugar substitutes like stevia is the key to having this amazing machine at home in your very own kitchen. "The Cuisinart ice cream maker is so easy to use. When one gets a craving for ice cream, just add the ingredients and turn it on. Simple as that! During the summer, this is the best. No ice and salt to deal with. The recipes are superb! It makes amazing sorbet. The kids love to watch the paddle spin round and round. Great entertainment ;-) I would definitely buy it again."

"continuous frozen items, no refreezing a bowl, no salt, no ice, just rinse the container and reset the timer and enjoy. I have been waiting years for an affordable machine like this. I would have liked for it to have more metal parts than the plastic ones. It is a bit on the noisey side but worth it, if you are an ice cream lover. as with this brand it has the overload shut off to protect the motor from burning out, great feature. I love mine."

Cool Ice Cream Maker

"I wanted a special Christmas gift for our whole family of six this year. I've had before one of those ice cream makers where you have to freeze a bowl before hand and they didn't do a very good job. I looked online at lots of sites trying to find an ice cream maker that didn't require salt or ice or a freezer bowl. I read several great reviews from several sites about the Cuisinart Supreme Ice Cream Maker. So I bought one from Chefs for Christmas. We have used ours- here in the middle of winter and love it. It will really be wonderful in the hot Arizona summers. It's so simple our teenage son can follow the recipes (who has never followed a recipe before) and make some for himself instead of begging his younger sister to make some for him. It is a zip to clean up. No more of a big mess like an old fashion ice and salt maker. I highly recommend buying this product. to everyone who loves homemade ice cream- and who doesn't? Cons: The machine takes up a lot of space in my kitchen. Also I wish it made more than 1 and 1/2 quarts for our family of six. But the good thing is you can make another batch right after the first batch."

"I received this ice cream maker as a Christmas gift and could not wait to try it out. I made the vanilla ice cream recipe included with the maker and it turned our really well. I can't wait to try other recipes and my own concoctions. The only reason I gave this four stars was because of the clear plastic lid - it cracked slightly the first time I assembled the unit and I felt it could have been made more durable. Similarly, the paddles are plastic, but they seem to work great! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable good quality ice cream maker!"

"This is the easiest to use ice cream maker ever. Simply pour in your recipe or yogurt and fruit and turn it on. In no time you will have a delicious ice cream or other frozen treat. We have used many different ice cream recipes, a variety of yogurts and sorbet recipes and have had excellent results every time. The parts clean up easily and the unit is easy to wipe clean. "This ice cream maker has changed the way my family eats ice cream. This machine makes it so easy to make and enjoy any frozen treat. Mix up your favorite recipes poor it in and turn it on! It's that easy! In about a half hour you have a soft serve ice cream to eat or freeze. Cleaning is also a sinch. I don't like any kitchen appliance that has many small parts to remember where they go and to clean every little inch of. This is so easy. No small pieces! "NO hand crank. NO salt and ice mess, and NO pre-freeze container. Easy clean up. This is the best ice cream maker. The recipes that come with it are wonderful. It makes better than store bought! And the best part is you control the sugar, fat and calories and with your own wholesome ingredients! Within 30 min. tops, you can enjoy your favorite flavor to eat all by yourself or with your dog or cat! Well worth the price and doesn't look bad sitting on the counter at the ready either! You can also make several flavors in no time flat! Or why not look on the internet for your dog's favorite "Frosty Paws" recipe and try it in here! Fun for the whole family and the pets too! No matter who you make ice cream for, the best part is you know what's going into your creation because you made it yourself!"
