This oval skillet was a Christmas gift and I've only had a chance to use it a couple of times. I found that the size is perfect for bacon and eggs for about 6 people. I also used it for a stir fry and it worked perfectly for that as well. It is easy to clean but it is very heavy. Heavy is good but for some folks it may be difficult to manage. I do need to use more oil and butter in it than my other pans. I was told by customer service that as I use it more the need for so much oil will decrease. I'm ok with that.
