One of the best electric knives on the market. I purchased one before Thanksgiving, and the blade sliced through like butter. Nice cuts, easy cleaning and handling. I gave two as gifts for Christmas. Highly recommended.

This was a gift for my hubby, a caterer by day who gets roped into carving the turket/roast/chicken/what-have-you at every family function.
He loves this knife and reaches for it at least twice a month at home. I've had to stop him from bringing it to work as I don't want it to get mis-handled by another employee. It works quickly and gets the job done much better than any manual knife he's tried.
Pros: well balanced easy to clean
Cons: vibration can be tiring to the hand after a while

Compared to other brands of electric knifes, I have used, I find this one kinda ackward to use. Being so flat on the bottem makes it ackward to handle. It works great tho, no problem there. Thanks Rich

This product is everything it is advertised to be. It has two selections of blades, and several safety features (locking devices) not found on other knives, which is a good thing. It does a surperb and efficient job of slicing, and the handle is neither overbearingly big, nor too heavy.
Althought I prefer to keep my electric knife in a divided section of my kitchen drawers, the wooden holder is quite nice as well.
Everyone has been disappointed from time to time by product mis-representation; it is a great feeling to purchase something that lives up to 'all' the reviews!
In the kitchen, I'm never without: Sharp knives and lots of great spices

Gave this wonderful knife to my husband for Christmas. He loves it! It's easy to use, and very precise! Although it comes with a wall mount, we prefer to put it in a drawer. It fits just fine...doesn't take up much room at all.

This knife is so easy to use. It is easy to clean we just put the blades in the dishwasher . We store it in the wood block and keep it on the counter and it takes up very little room so we leave it there all the time. It's available all the time so we use it a lot not just for big family dinners. Best purchase we've made in a long time!

The knife is easy to use and I have smaller hands but the handle is easy to hold and the weight is also good, not heavy to hold. I also like the differnt width of the baldes. The wider bread blade makes sense.

Amazing thin slices on my first try

Having never used an electric knife but seeing others use them I finally purchased my own. After years of mutilating every roast chicken and turkey I've ever cooked I'm proud to say that those days are now over. I used my knife and was able to make beautifully thin slices. I'm very pleased. I also like that this knife comes with a bread knife as well as the meat slicing blades. I think the only thing I would ask for in way of an improvement would be to have the knife rechargable and have no cord to worry about.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, easy to use, construction, Appearance/ Design /Style, Performs Well, easy to store
Cons: corded instead of battery operated

I purchased the Cuisinart Electric knife to replace a Sunbeam Electric that I had been given many years ago. Needless to say, the Cuisinart lives up to the reputation of all of their products.
It makes slicing a roast into thin even slices, a breeze. The knife is very sharp and also includes a bread knife which I have not yet tried.

Last year our house burned to the ground, I lost an electric knife just like this, so I knew what to expect. The knife is powerful, cuts cleanly and is easily handled by me. I should note that I have rather large hands. The only thing that would have made it better is to be cordless, but I doubt it would be possible to add batteries and still keep the price affordable or the handle usable.
