Better than my old one which was a nice quality. This does the trick. I have used it already 4 times and it has worked wonderful on nuts, olives, celery, onions.
Great product! Its home is the counter currently since I don't give it a rest!!! We eat at home 99% of the time and this helps keep your meals and food fresh, healthy and tasty!!!

Favorite Brand: Too many
Pros: durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, Material, Appearance/ Design /Style
Replaces the chopper that I have used for years that finally wore out. Exact replacement with the same high quality. Perfect for those frequent chopping needs.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, quality, construction, Functional/Useful
This little veggie and fruit chopper is about the best thing I have purchased from Chefs catalog, and I have bought alot from them, I use it almost everyday when preparing breakfast to dinner time, works great to chop up fruit for a snack while watching TV.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, quality, Material, Warranty, easy to use, Low noise, multi-purpose, construction, size, Appearance/ Design /Style, Performs Well, easy to store, durability, Functional/Useful, Long-lasting, Weight, capacity, terrific
I originally had a version of this tool that I purchased through a Television ad some years back. I used it happily for a while, but always wished for sturdier construction and sharper blades. This tool granted my wish. The strength and sharpness of the construction is impressive. It chops all kinds of fruit and vegetable pieces to tiny bits in a heartbeat. When chopping peppers it does not mash pieces that are not quite so crisp, which was a big problem with my other one. It also works well with coarse nuts and tiny thin- leafed herbs. A very good value!

When I'm in the Kitchen, I become: Cooking Enthusiast
I was very skeptical about this product as I have tried several others that were cheaper than this particular product, but after using it, I am convinced it was worth the price.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: A glass of sweet tea!
Found this to be much more durable than my lost chopper. Very versatile, can use as small self contained chopper or use on cutting board. Using it on all items, excellent. Went to Chef for a great quality unit first time around, did not want cheap imitations.
Pros: construction, Appearance/ Design /Style, easy to store, durability

I had another chopper from a home-sell company that worked really good for those quick chopping tasks in the kitchen like onions in ground beef, quick pico de gallo, etc. It broke! I was looking for one to replace it and had tried others. This one works just as nicely as the one I had previously. The blades rotate as you press down and that is the ticket! It comes apart for an easy clean-up. I am pleased with this product. Yes, it requires a little effort to use but I expected this and it helps work out any daily frustrations. : )
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, easy to use, Functional/Useful, Performs Well
This just didn't work properly. The blades would not touch the cutting board therefore, would not cut totally through a veggie. I returned it and have stuck to the old fashion way with good knives!

This chopper is really good. Great stainless look, and saves you tons of time chopping up veggies, nuts, etc, but you get an entire workout pressing down on the chopper. Disassembly can be a pain at times, and washing the blades isn't the easiest thing always either. Overall it's a good prouct, does the job, but I personally prefer using an electric food processor/chopper, so I let the kids use this one.
this is a great chopper. stainless looks beautiful and the blades are sharp. it is easy to deconstruct and clean (though it is so sharp, i am definitely a little nervous!). however, having invested in nice knives, i rarely bother to take it out of my cabinet, instead just choosing to quickly dice something with the knife instead. it great though for a day when you are entertaining and going to be cooking ALL day and chopping appetizers, herbs, onions, etc in bulk.
