Good, But Tricky!

I love gadgets, so had to have this to try. I like the matchsticks it makes, but I have a hard time holding the vegetable with one hand and cutting using the other. With carrots, for example, I finally tried holding the end of the carrot with a fork against a cutting board. Then I was able to use the peeler. Maybe it's just me!

This and the Rosle swivel peeler both come out of the gadget drawer when it's time to slice and dice. Smooth cutting action and excellent quality.
