This is great. I bought it for small cheese cakes. Just the right size & no messy cutting when ready to serve. It makes wonderful small porsions & is so pretty on a platter. I will buy more for gifts.

Cheesecake is one of my specialties and I was very pleased to find this most unusual Mini Cheesecake Pan! I intend to use it not only for cheesecakes, but for many other things as well. My grandkids in particular LOVE these little cake creations!

Bought this for my son who is a cheescake chef. When he used it for the first time said he needed another one. So a family member decided to get it for him for Christmas and asked me to order it. Well two other people wanted one also so my order became 3 more pans. The free shipping really helped also. I would recomend this product to anyone who loves making cheesecakes.

I purchased two of the mini cheescake pans when I opened a bakery in my existing restaurant. Since the first try I have been completely impressed and so have my customers. The non-stick pans allow the cheesecakes to slid out nicely, Each chesecake bakes perfectly and I have modified many other cheesecake recipes and use these pans solely for them. The only issue that I have found is that you have to be extremely careful with the bottem pan disks. I have lost two in washing and need to find replacements for them. Otherwise, the perfect gift for the begginner to expert baker.

I received this as a gift before Christmas. I have used it 10 times so far. They make the perfect little cheesecakes. I take any cheesecake recipe and cut the recipe in half, I will positively order a second pan. I bring these cheesecakes to different functions and they are gone in no time. Every single one looks beautiful.

this product looks really nice in the picture as well as the mini cheesecakes that go along with it but when it was shipped to my home it just wasnt the quality i was expecting. the pans are much smaller than i thought and the bottoms come separately packaged and its a thin piece of stainless steel that just drops into the bottom but it doesnt seem sturdy. i returned them for a refund. i was disappointed but i guess ill keep looking for what i had intended to buy

This mini cheesecake pan is perfect. I make a few cheesecakes every year and only have 3 people in our family. We never finish the cheesecake, even though they are delicious and a lot of effort go into them. So I thought this pan would enable me to freeze the mini cheesecakes or allow my husband, who is in the Navy, to bring them to work (in a presentable manner). The pan worked beautifully. The cheesecakes cook in a fraction of the time, no water bath needed. I made both white chocolate blackberry and pumpkin cheesecakes both with a graham cracker crust. I made a blackberry sauce and swirled it into the white chocolate blackberry mini cheesecakes, just like I do to the 10". They were so cute and delicious. I froze half of them for a week for a test and they tasted great.

I love to cook cheesecake for my extended family and they have a lot of different favorites. With this pan I can make my cheesecake recipe and make several different flavors and cook them at the same time. Also the size means that if someone tries one flavor and doesn't like that one there isn't a lot wasted. I have two pans, which is the perfect size for one recipe of my cheesecakes.
I have also used them for individual crab cakes, and small cakes that split into layers using a cream cheese and fruit filling, placed back in the pan and chilled till ready to serve.
I also found these easier to clean than a muffin pan since the bottom comes out.
Pros: multi-purpose, non-stick, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash

I am delighted with the results of my new springform mold !!
I made little homemade chocolate cheesecakes with red raspberries and they came out super easily from the mold and looked incredibly elegant and professionally made.
I would definitely recommend every cook out there to have one of these.

These individual cheesecakes make serving them easier and prettier as they are not a slice from a large cheesecake. When garnished with fruit or a sauce they will impress your guests.
They are very easy to extract from the pan. The bottom disc in each cup comes out when you push the dessert up. Be careful about not loosing them. One of the pans I received new only shipped 11. And I have lost 2 more. I have three of this type of pan. I wish you could order just the discs because now I have a maximum capacity of making 36 at one time but due to the loss of 3 discsI now can only bake 33. This makes a difference when you are baking for larger event.

Works very well. Usually I avoid dark cooking pan as they increase the heat of the pan. The pan did have a few rough areas which would have come from the manufacturing process. Defect not enough to send back and it was on the top surface of the pan, not the cooking area. The small inserts would be easy to lose or to get caught in the disposal-I have to take special care to wash them, dry them, then wrap them in a paper towel and place them in a small plastic bag, then store with the pan and original box. Without the inserts, the pan wouldn't work. Laura

I found this to be a bit smaller than expected. I really needed to buy 2 to fit a full recipe of my favorite cheesecake...but I will as these will work great for ladies luncheons or for a small dessert after a full dinner!
