This is great. I bought it for small cheese cakes. Just the right size & no messy cutting when ready to serve. It makes wonderful small porsions & is so pretty on a platter. I will buy more for gifts.

I bought this as a gift, and gave it to my friend at her birthday party on Saturday. When she came back into work on Thursday, she was raving about how amazing it was to use, easy to clean, easy to release. And I got a mini caramel swirl cheesecake out of the deal!

Cheesecake is one of my specialties and I was very pleased to find this most unusual Mini Cheesecake Pan! I intend to use it not only for cheesecakes, but for many other things as well. My grandkids in particular LOVE these little cake creations!

Bought this for my son who is a cheescake chef. When he used it for the first time said he needed another one. So a family member decided to get it for him for Christmas and asked me to order it. Well two other people wanted one also so my order became 3 more pans. The free shipping really helped also. I would recomend this product to anyone who loves making cheesecakes.

I purchased two of the mini cheescake pans when I opened a bakery in my existing restaurant. Since the first try I have been completely impressed and so have my customers. The non-stick pans allow the cheesecakes to slid out nicely, Each chesecake bakes perfectly and I have modified many other cheesecake recipes and use these pans solely for them. The only issue that I have found is that you have to be extremely careful with the bottem pan disks. I have lost two in washing and need to find replacements for them. Otherwise, the perfect gift for the begginner to expert baker.

I received this as a gift before Christmas. I have used it 10 times so far. They make the perfect little cheesecakes. I take any cheesecake recipe and cut the recipe in half, I will positively order a second pan. I bring these cheesecakes to different functions and they are gone in no time. Every single one looks beautiful.

What a great pan! So wonderful when taking noshes to a church or other gathering. Great for making bite-size sweets or savories! Friends are envious when I come bearing perfect 'little jewels'! This would make a nice wedding gift or an addition to the kitchen of that person who has 'everything'! Wish I had been able to buy this years ago!

Made mini cheesecakes for Easter and they went fast as lightning! Only problem is the one of the removable bottoms is peeling big time. It is a sturdy well made pan with tons of uses.

Ok....I'm in love with this thing. I've never made a cheesecake before, but my first attempt with the mini version was a huge success! Took 12 minis to a New Years Eve party and everyone raved about them....not a single one was left. I was concerned that removal from the pan might be tricky, so I prepped the wells with a little Bakers Joy cooking spray and then chilled the finished cakes for a few hours, which enabled me to pop 'em out effortlessly. I will be buying myself a 2nd tray soon! You should too!

I love this mini tin. Heavy weight and well suited for cheesecak since the metal is thicker to dispurse the heat. I have used them twice and they are easy care.
I'll be buying another since they have a small foot print and I can use two side by side in the oven. Great party prep item.
Love the smaller serving sizes they are just the right size for parties.

I could hardly wait for the Norpro Mini Cheesecake Pan to arrive. When it got here it was everything I had been looking for. Not only can I do mini cheesecakes but it also works for the tall straight sided cupcakes that I love to serve. This pan is sturdy and cleans well.

This pan worked out great. Great for parties, or just for yourself, for portion control! Washes up very well. So far we've done cheesecakes, and cake. Love it, may need to get another one soon.

This was not what I expected. The cheesecake pan has wells that are only big enough to make canapes. I thought they would be cupcake size. Good quality, though. Would recommend it for use in making canapes.
