An Indulgence -- Works Great October 22, 2007

"This is a nice to have -- but not a have to have. I have not had the problem that the earlier reviewer has had. Just shake it a few times (2-3) and it works fine. I haven't had to scoop out with a spoon. I have charged, used and then put in frig for several days. Then I shake it and it is ready to use again."

"I like the way you can whip fresh cream in seconds but... I noticed every time I use it I end up with a lot of whipped cream in it left over that will not come out because you ran out of pressure. It says not to use more than one cannister per recipe but you have to dig it out with a spoon if you don't. Great for a fast whip up for about 5 - 10 guests, but not to handy if you have to do a lot of servings & have to slow yourself down, making your guests wait while you spoon out the rest. So I recommend this with reservations."
