This opener does everything - no more banging jars on a hard surface to break the seal - no more using the pliers to open soda bottle tops. This is especially helpful for someone with arthritis. It requires no hand strength, so no pain.

This opener is one of the best, most reasonably priced gadgets for opening things I've ever used. It's not complicated and it gives you just that little extra bit of leverage to open the most tightly fitting bottle caps and jar lids. I would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't have a lot of hand strength.

I have had one for over 2 years now. I bought it originally because I struggled with opening the plastic caps found on so many drinks today. The one I had before just didn't last and was awkward to use. This one is very easy and extremely comfortable to use. I just bought another one for my Mother-in-Law who has arthritis in her hands. She now can remove those pesty water bottle caps by herself. She no longer has to have someone open several bottles in advance for her when they visit. The bag opener really works. A must have tool in every kitchen.

My husband always opened jars and bottles for me. He is 68 now and cannot open these any better than I can at age 62. This product is outstanding. My mother has an enormous Black and Decker product that works no better to open jars and lids than this tiny product. The Black and Decker takes up the entire counter and costs much more. I hope to give this as a gift to other "mature" friends/relatives for Christmas.

With rheumatoid arthritis, I've tried everything and nothing works like this tool. Each of the functions really does its job--and to have so many of them in this terrific, well built, yet compact, too, is pure joy!

With advancing age and arthritis in my hands it's been a real frustration to open jars, which all seem to have their own peculiar design. This opener is wonderful - it really grips tight to jar tops of different sizes and design and opens the jar with just an easy turn. The other feature I love is the little extension on the top to lift pop tops, which previously involved using a table knive or breaking a fingernail. All in all an excellent buy for a reasonable price.

I was so excited to get this gaget because it's getting harder to open jars as I am getting older. Unfortunately, I can't grip it enough to open it. It slips as I turn. Not sure if I'm doing it right. If someone else knows, please let me know.

Having some serious arthritis in my hands, I am always looking for products to make life easier. I've gone through many different 'container openers', most of which work on one product but not on another. This multi-opener works, as advertised. And it requires less effort on my part. In fact, a major 'sport drink', that defies every other opener and requires inverting and slamming the top on the counter to loosen, opens easily with this opener. I can't tell how long it will last since I've had it only 1 week, but, so far, so good.

The 6 in 1 Multi Opener is very handy. Not only does it open all jars and bottles as advertised, it is compact and very well made. I have thrown out all of the other jar and bottle openers in my drawer in favor of this one, compact, sturdy tool.

If you have a really tight jar lid the teeth on this product slip. i do have arthritis in my hands but, it's not that serious and most of the time I have gorilla grip hands. If i run a lid under hot water for a minute or two and dry it off so I have a good grip it almost always comes off easily.
The key word is easily. I've bought three, four in lid jars of peti dill pickles my wife and I are seriously addicted to. Every one of the lids was tighter than any other lid I've encountered in my sixty seven years of hanging around.
What finally worked was running hot water over the lid for 15 to twenty minutes, tapping and it turned right out. I really don't like wasting expensive hot water on a jar lid so I'm still looking for a good one. I have a drawer full of junkers but, I haven't lost hope yet. DM
