"I abosolutely adore using my Le Creuset Cookware. From the french ovens to the frying pan to the grill pan. Each one is a magnificant addition to my kitchen. To be able to go from stove top to oven and be confident that the dish will come out perfect and the cookware will be perfect as well is a great comfort. Even on my old electric stove top my dishes come out superb when I use this cookware."

"Le Creuset is simply the best, most enjoyable cookware around; every time I use it I think about how good this product is - and that's what makes a good product. If you need to cook for more than 4 people (or if you and your partner eat like 4) I do not recommend this kit, it is too small for that. Although, you might want this for side dishes or secondary cookware. Every piece is amazingly good. Any serious kitchen must have this product!! Anyway, the best of Le Creuset is here for a great price. Enjoy."

"Round French Oven - Material: Enameled cast iron is necessary for the slow cooking of gumbo, shrimp and eggplant cassaroles, or jambalaya. I was looking for a very large pot to make a very large chicken and sausage gumbo and specifically asked if one was available. The manager of the store said he would check and when it arrived I was very excited. What is unique about the heavy cast iron is when the temperature of the pot is reached, you can turn the burner down and the cast iron will hold the temperature constant without having to keep adjusting the knob. It makes cooking a joy."

"I do not know how I every got by before with out this great product. Clean up is so simple, it browns greats, can go into the oven, I think it looks like new even after I have used it everyday cooking in it. This product is a must have. "Love them - as I don't have much storage room I enjoy the fact that they are as beautiful as they are wonderful to cook with. I chide my husband when he tries to put them in the dishwasher so he says they are "fragile!!!!" They are the toughest most long lasting pieces of cookware I have ever had."

"My dad was Chef at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel when I was born. He later served as Chef at the Saint Francis Hotel in San Francisco and for about 10 years was the Executive Cheff at the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas.
I grew up with Le Creuset and it simply can't be beat.
Over the years I have used other types of cookware and nothing compares to Le Creuset as to durability, easy cleanup, and making cooking a joy.

"I do not like to cook but I always thought the Le Creuset line looked great. I decided to invest in one of the sets because it was great value and I love a bargain. Now I am totally hooked. These pans are designed for cooking - they cook evenly, retain heat, and clean really easily. Now even I can make a sauce without lumps in it! These really are the greatest pans ever...the food cooks better and they look fabulous. I will never use anything else; my Le Creuset pans actually make cooking more enjoyable."

"I have purchaed the Le Cresuset cast iron pans, and they are truly amazing. The pans heat quickly, evenly., and allow the product to produce lovely carmelization. The over weight may be problematic for some, but the vast majority of users will not find the cookware weight to detract from the overall utility of the product. I have also purchased the Le Cresuset cool tool trivet, GREAT for any surface, and the cast iron version. Would recommend the investment in Le Creuset to anyone. I have purchased two sizes of oval dutch ovens, 2 sizes of frying pans."

"I used this cookware set for the first time last night at the kitchen of my best friend. I was sauteing the Chicken Piccatta in the frye pan and could not believe the quality of this cookware from the tip of its handle to the bottom of the pan with its even distrubtion of heat.
