16-oz Bone-In Ribeye Steaks. Rich marbling with the bone
left in for striking presentation. Bryan Flannery
prime steaks are the best quality, corn-fed beef that
hails from Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska. Corn-fed Angus and
Hereford cattle produce the best marbling - fat that
appears in the interior of the steak - which is a
different kind of fat than what is removed from the
outside of steaks and other foods. Marbling helps
determine flavor and is an indication of a prime steak
, the highest grade accorded by the USDA. Bryan Flannery
then dry ages the prime steak for 30-45 days to further
develop the flavor and to naturally tenderize the meat.
The hand-selected cuts are then sent directly to you.

molded styrofoam with food-safe gel packs and placed in
an outer box for protection. Allow up to five business
