I made pancakes on Sunday. It took the second batch for me to get my gas range burners at the right temp. The second batch were great. And talk about easy clean up! So much easier than my electric griddle.
Favorite Brand: Aga cooker

I have owned this griddle now for 10+ years and it still works as well as it did the first day I owned it. I use the griddle consistently for breakfasts and as it covers both burners, you can pile on more pancakes than a normal electric griddle. The grill is also great for blackening and or a quick steak & grilled veggies. During the winter it is a quick grab and your meal is ready all in one pan. Get it hot and everything cooks up fast. It cleans up fantastic. A quick cook and a quick clean. So let me say it again......LOVE IT!!

Recently upgraded my kitchen to include a gas range with a center oblong burner. This is the perfect addition to my cooking utensils. Cooks evenly; easy to clean; not too heavy. Very happy with this purchase.

We purchased this for a close friend who wasn't sure which type/make griddle she wanted, except that it cover two burners. We gave her both this cast aluminum grill/griddle, and a cast iron grill/griddle from Lodge. While cast iron is much heavier, it is also much harder and more durable - less susceptible to scratches than aluminum. After reading several reviews of each item at Chef's website, she chose wisely - the cast iron grill from Lodge.

I wanted to get a large grill pan and also a flat surface one to make pancakes on. This was just perfect, for both making the things I wanted it for. The food tastes so good, it's like having an inside bar-b-que and the pancakes come out just perfect! A must buy~~~~~~~

Purchased this griddle in place of an electric one and we love it! Have fixed fish, bacon, etc. and look forward to making pancakes on it. Bacon was a bit tough to clean up after but really no more than a regular skillet. Would definitely recommend this product without reservation!

Bought this for the grill more than the griddle. It performed nicely when I made hamburgers for Labor Day. It cleans fairly easily & fits perfectly over my gas top range. I'm sure the griddle will work great for pancakes but haven't tried that yet.

This griddle is perfect for pancakes on the smooth side and grilled cheese sandwiches on the ridged side. It is light weight but durable with a fine surface. I liked my own griddle so much, I bought one for my daughter. This particular purchase is for our summer camp so that I can discard the clumsy, space hogging electric griddle.

This griddle cooks and cleans up wonderully. It wiggles somewhat on my gas stove as the corners are not all the same and rest differently on the burner grates. This does not seen to be too much of a problem though because it is heavy enough that it stays steady when you use your spatula to turn food.

Once again, watching cooking shows created a need for this reversible griddle in my kitchen. The only hiccup I've had is with my stove, not the product itself. Since the griddle sits on top of two burners, be sure you get even flames from the two burners you select. That has no bearing on this product itself. We grill outdoors frequently during the summer. Being able to reproduce grill marks when the weather isn't nice enough to be outside is fun for us all. And it's great for pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc. on the smooth side.

We really enjoy grilling. A couple of years ago I became a convert to gas grilling as opposed to coals. Now my wife and I are converts to indoor grilling thanks to the "Reversible Nonstick Double-Burner Griddle." It simple, quick and cooks just like outside. We have made several meals with it and are quite pleased.
