"This is such a great addition to your tools for entertaining. If you hate using food processors or want to add a little flair to your dinner parties, this is a great gadget. Just add your natural ingredients like avocado, oils and spices and mush together for the perfect guacamole. This is a great surprise for a table side dinner. I also love using this for homemade salsas. It is a great way to customize your dips and mix your ingredients."

"Molcajetes are large and heavy, but nothing else can grind the flavorful oils/juices of cilantro, onions, and peppers and then incorporate the avocado without blending it all down to mush. I've used it for salsa, too, with great results."
