I bought this as a Christmas gift to my daughter, who is in Pastry Arts at Johnson & Wales. She is very pleased with it, and has discriminating tastes. It can't compare to the equipment with which she works at the University, but for an in-home unit it works very well.

My husband and I love to use this ice cream maker!. We have already used it to make orange sherbert and it was delicious. Just keep the freezer bowl in your freezer all the time and you will be able to make sherbert or ice cream, etc...in 25 minutes

The Cuisinart Pure Indulgence Forzen Yogurt-Sorbet and Ice Cream Maker performed as advertised. Made Ice Cream according to directions accompanying appliance (very good) also made Yogurt according to directions, even better than the ice cream and considerable cheaper for the ingredients. Everything fine with the machine, however believe the Ice Cream recipe could be tweaked a bit to make it less "caloryful".

So far I have purchased two of these ice cream makers. One for my daughter, she loved it so much, I decided to get one for my friend. We've made some spectacular sorbets, and ice creams like strawberry balsamic cream. It is easy to use, cleans up nicely. This ice cream maker is Fabulous with an ever better price!

This product has been easy to use since removing it from the box. The instructions are clear and the recipes in the instruction manual are easy to follow. The ice cream I made turned out great. It was nice not having to worry about getting ice and salt to make ice cream.

My little machine arrived in perfect condition but as of this day I hae not had timne to try it. I am looking forward to the day when my Grandchildren come over and we can make ice cream! We have eached picked out our favorite flavor and we are going to have an ice cream fest!. I think it will be so much fun. I bought this to make sorbets but my mother informed me that she could no longer buy ice milk and that is why she is packing on the pounds (like eating 1/2 gal of ice milk everyother day is going to change that). It makes a perfect ice milk and a simple sherbert of Orange Crush Soda and sweetened condensed milk is a big hit with my grandchildren. Works as advertised 25 - 30 minutes and everyone enjoys. Easy clean up and storage.

The Ice cream maker is a solidly made piece of equipment and it produces a very fine frozen desert. You do need to have a very cold freezer for the bowl as it will not work properly with out it. I have found that your freezer needs to be stored several degrees below zero to properly work.

My husband is newly diagnosed as a diabetic. What he missed most was ice cream. We tried the sugar free store ice cream but they were all so high in carbohydrates. I ordered the Cuisinart Pure Indulgence Frozen Ice Cream Maker and it is wonderful.!!! By using a higher fat content I can lower the carbs and find that Equal rather than Splenda makes a much tastier ice cream. We both like our Indulgence ice cream better than the commercial regular ice creams. Thanks for a fabulous product. It's so easy to use and as soon as one batch is gone it only takes 25 minutes to make another. That's better than having to run to the store.

Received our Ice Cream Maker and what a Beauitiful machine it is. This was somthing one would be proud to show and demonistrate to anyone. We checked the Instruction manual and much to our surprise, so many receipes one could choose from. So we picked one: the Peanut Butter/Reeces White Choclate peanut butter Cups. Nothing difficult about it at all, just go to the store, come home and make it, very simple to do and was the Ice Cream delicious with all natural ingredients. Try it, you will Love it

I treated myself to this purchase after watching my friend make ice cream with the smaller Cuisinart ice cream maker. Mine just arrived last week, so I've only had time to make one batch so far, but I was VERY happy with the outcome. I look forward to trying many of the recipes included with the machine, as well as venturing out with my own creations. It is incredibly simple to use and very easy to clean. I definitely recommend this machine.
