This is a must have if you own Ken Shun knives. I decided to invest in these knives and as a result felt I had to get the sharpener to maintain them and not damage them by using an inferior sharpener. Though it's obviously more pricey than other options, given how fantastic these knives are and what they cost this was an easy choice for me.
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, construction, durability, easy to store, easy to use, Functional/Useful, Performs Well, quality, Value for Money

Works perfectly on all my shun knives! Easy to use and clean up. Easy to store with compact design. Accompanying CD makes it user friendly for all chefs!
