I use these bags to brine my turkey for thanksgiving, and
ham for christmas. This is great because I do not need a big
pot in the fridge ,I just put brine ,spices and meat in the bag and place it in a drawer in the fridge.

The bag worked perfectly. It has two zipper seals. We kept our bird in a cooler in the bag with ice in and around. It was an 18.5lb turkey and I added 1 gallon of brine and 1 gallon of water plus ice.
Pros: easy to use, construction, capacity, quality

I used this product yesterday (11-24), turkey came out great.
I was worried about the turkey not browning in a bag. But it came out a golden brown. Just right.
It was so moist.
I will definitely use again.

WE brined a turkey for Christmas dinner this year. There was ample room in it for the turkey and all the brine. The turkey was tender, juicey and full of flavor. {and it stayed that way for three days } We will buy more bags.
