This pan heats evenly and has zero problems with food sticking. The only drawback is that the pan is more shallow than most fry pans

My son got one as a gift several years ago, while he was still living with us. When he moved, my husband & I missed the pan almost as much as our son! So we bought 2 on sale and have a happy kitchen once again. We cook a lot, & for things like potstickers, pancakes, eggs, etc., Scanpan cannot be beat.

I already own the 10 inch and 12 inch pans...I just ordered a pair for each of my two sons for Xmas. I have owned many different frypans....All-Clad, deBuyer...Wearever, Magnalite, Revere, Le Cruset and more. They are all stored in my garage shelves because I have adopted Scanpan as my favorite frypans. The combination of nonstick and light weight make them superior to the others. I can turn the heat up. I can use metal utensils. I can use one-handed. Bullet proof.

I received this pan as a gift and use it over all the other pans I own. It takes high heat well, doesn't scratch and can be put into the broiler to top brown fritatas, etc. I don't know how I ever cooked well without it.

Although not cheap, this fry pan should be the last one I will ever need.
Every other fry pan warped and the finish degraded quickly.
In the long run, this pan will be cheaper while providing great performance and quality.

I love these pans! I saved up to buy this pan only to have my teenager use a pizza cutter to cut her food in the pan. Amazingly the pan was undamaged!!

I have owned and used a wide assortment of pots and pans. My new Scanpans are by far the best I have ever used. They cook evenly with no sticking at all. The cleanup is the easiest!!!

I had been searching for good non-teflon nonstick pans for sometime. I wanted professional quality pans that didn't weigh a ton, conducted heat evenly, didn't warp, and cleaned easily. These pans hit the mark. I cook every day- have used them everyday...I am thrilled! Beautiful pans. I went out and bought their 10.25" Griddle pan!

Love how even the heat distribution is in these pans. Quality overall seems to be very good. They are a little shallower than other non stick pans I have had but, for me that has been a good feature as it makes items easier to flip. The lack of harmful chemicals being absorbed into food compared to other nonstick pans is the major reason for this purchase.

Great! I have several of these and they not only work great but hey make cooking and clean up so much easier now that I am limited by health. They have held up well! Except for one of the large pans that looks bad... don't know why the inside is ruined... I cared for it just like the others... contacted company direct... did not get much help. I will keep using the ones I have... they save me so much time and effort! Plus, I don't have to worry about health damage like the old non stick pans!

I was extremely pleased with my purchase of the scanpan 12.5 " Fry Pan! My husband (a Cardiologist) and I eat fish quite often and one of our favorite ways to eat it is to dust it with flour or other breading and saute it in just a touch of canola oil. Many oily types of fish like salmon turn easily, drier ones like cod, tend to flake and fall apart. With the Scan Pan Fry Pan they turned over like a dream, and not only that, caramelized into a lovely golden color then slipped out of the pan making clean up a breeze! Thanks for your video and info on the company as I had never heard of them!
