I have found this to be a high quality grill pan. It heats evenly and leaves beautiful grill marks on your food along with added flavor. Clean-up has been easy and the non-stick surface has worked flawlessly.

After several years of use the non sitck surface has worn away on the ridges in the center. The pan is becoming more and more difficult to clean. I have other Scanpan products that have held up much better. Very disapointed considering the cost.
Cons: Difficult to Clean/Wash, non stick surface has worn away

This pan heats up quickly and the heat is evenly distributed threw out the whole pan. We love the quality of the scan pan and can't wait to try other pans made by this company. This has been a great asset to our kitchen.

This is the best grill pan. I have tried other pans from friends before I purchased this pan. It heats well and even. My electric stove is 18 years old and yet this pan works as if my stove was new.
It heats perfectly and everything I grill from shrimp, to fish, to steak to pork comes out resturant style.
I would recommend this pan to anyone.

I've have enjoyed this grill pan for almost a year, and the nonstick properties are flawless. Chicken and fish fillets glide across the surface without any cooking spray or oil. Grill marks are nice and even, and clean up is a snap. I like that the nonstick coating will not flake or blister and that it's PFOA free.
