This is my 1st experience with Scanpan, and felt it was a little more than I wanted to spend. I couldn't find anything as suitable, so I decided to splurge. After trying it, I was amazed at the difference in its performance than what I am used to using. I love it, and would recommend it to anyone.

Review 2 for Scanpan Professional Stew and Sauce Pot
Needed a replacement for my 30 year old, 5qt. cooking pot. Most products are available in 4 qt., too small, or 6 qt., too large. The Scanpan 5.5 qt. was the perfect choice. The ceramic titanium is a remarkable finish and is truly non-stick. I carefully followed the directions for preparation and use of the pan. I have learned to never use oil from aerosol sprays and to heat the pan to cooking temperature prior to adding any fat, oil or food. Because of the design of the non-stick coating, you can truly cook without any oil if you so desire. Scanpan heats evenly and rarely needs to have the stove setting above medium to cook the full 5.5 qt. capacity. The small pot holders that cover the metal handles work better than expected. I do love this pan and it is a dream to clean.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, even cooking, construction, size, Appearance/ Design /Style, non-stick, Performs Well, capacity
