This pan was exactly what I wanted.. Bought it to saute vegetables but find I am using it all the time. I bought the 10 inch and I find that is big enough for most recipes. Even though it is a heavy duty pan it is not too heavy in weight for lifting and serving.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, quality, easy to use, even cooking, Heat distribution, multi-purpose, construction, size, Appearance/ Design /Style, Heat retention, easy to store, durability, capacity
Cons: Handle gets hot

The Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Casserole with Lid is an excellent additon to any kitchen. The pan is heavy enought to be study but light enough to handle with ease. The second handle for lifting make it much safer to use at maximum capacity. The pan heat in a uniform manner which is great for things requring even and controlled heating. I will add other pieces to as I need them. Also clean up is a breeze.

I'm satisfied with the size, weigh and quality of this pan without long handle. I didn't like a similar saute pan by all-clad that cost over $200, as it was so so heavy for me and cumbersome with the long handle. This pan has a decent weigh and height (I preferred deeper though), and without the long handle. Price was decent. Great saute results.

Perfect "hot pot" for induction burner purposes

This product serves my hot pot purposes for utilization on an induction burner perfectly. I needed a vessel that would hold plenty of water as the cooking process is achieved through immersion in boiling water. For the induction burner that means straight sides and capable of holding enough water to as not to loose too much in the way of temperature while cooking. This fills the bill to the "T".
Pros: Stay-cool handle, even cooking, Heat distribution, multi-purpose, construction, size, durability, capacity, Value for Money, Appearance/ Design /Style

This is the first purchase of this type from Cuisinart, and I am not disappointed. The two handles are especially great when reaching into the oven. I recommend this to anyone thinking about this type of pan.

Review 9 for Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Casserole with Lid
I didn't purchase a set because it had some pieces that I didn't want so I bought half a dozen individual pieces. When I received this pan I wasn't so sure that I would like the two shorter handles versus one longer traditional pan handle. But it actually turned out better because it fits into my cupboard so much better without the long handle. It cooks food wonderfully and cleans up so well. Looking forward to adding to my collection in the future.
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, capacity, construction, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, easy to store, easy to use, even cooking, Functional/Useful, Heat distribution, Material, Performs Well, quality, size
Cons: Expensive/ Price

I purchased the Cuisinart MultiClad Pro 5&1/2 quart Casserole in order to have a pan that I can use to make large quantities of sauce, etc. I prefer this style of pan over a stock pot when cooking onions, etc. I also needed a pan that would work for my ceraqmic cooktop. This pan is ideal for my purposes and I love cooking with it. It holds the heat better than any other pan I have used and is nice enough that it can be brought to the dining table.

Practically the only pot I need!

I bought this piece based on how often various cooks and chefs use this type of cookware on their cooking shows. I wanted something that would go from stovetop to oven and hold a decent amount of food. Now I don't know how I lived without it. Great for frying, saute, casserole, and one-pot meals. The quality is exceptional and clean up is much easier than expected.

i bought this set for my mom last year and it is much sturdier than my own cuisinart chef's classic. handles stay cool, and pouring rim is wonderful. solid, less expensive alternative to all-clad.
