I used the cheesecloth to do a bourbon turkey, having to soak 2 clothes in boubon, one stuffed in cavity of turkey, the other wrapped around it for 24 hours-then removed and also placed in turkey cavity and turkey cooked in oven with both clothes inside and it came out so moist and pretty much did not have to be sliced off the turkey.. this cloth did the job

I am very pleased with this product. I will make some lowfat yogurt cheese. The texture and easy use are amazing. I would highly recommend it.

This Cheesecloth is the best quality Cheesecloth I have ever bought. I use it to strain soups and soft cheeses. The weave is nice and tight and catches what it needs to without allowing small bits to get through. Another wonderful kitchen utensil from Chefs. I first bought the Cheesecloth because I have friends that swear that this Cheesecloth is the only cloth they use to dust their furniture with but I find the kitchen is where use it the most.

While most people would use cheesecloth for soups, cheeses, etc; I wanted to use it to wrap meat to age it in the frige. It worked out wonderfully well. Take a piece of grass-fed beef; wrap it in cheesecloth and hold it in the frige for four days. Talk about aged beef. Melt in the mouth! This particular cheesecloth is perfect because the weave is so fine. I will be ordering more in the future.
