Three years ago, I bought this for a friend that is a chef and has everything. He absolutely loves it and uses it all the time and has smoked quite a variety of meats, foul and fish. Living on Lake Michigan, one of his favorite smoked treats is salmon that he catches. It is a gift that gives back, because he invites us over alot for dinners he has prepared with it. It is also very durable; still looks like new.

After fooling around with a smoker that used charcoal and having difficulty maintaining the proper heat, right amount of wood chips, etc., I bought the Bradley (actually my wife got me one as a present), and it is marvelous. I've done everything from beef tenderloin, tuna, chicken, even smoked a whole turkey, It works great and requires very little attention during the process. I'd recommend this to anyone who enjoys smoked food but doesn't want to spend their entire day tending it.
Pros: ease of ues
Cons: clean up

I purchased the Bradley Smoker to compliment my gas grill and my charcoal/wood barbecue pit. I found that the meats I was cooking in the Bradley were as good, if not better than what I was smoking on my wood pit that I gave it away because I stopped using it. I found the temperature control to be very accurate and I especially have enjoyed experimenting with the different bisquettes and how they react with different meats, fish and fowl. A real pleasure to own. Thanks Bradley.

Easiest Smoker Ever Owned

Growing up in the country where smoking meats was a way of life, my family has had every type of smoker you can dream of! I remember a piece of 5' diameter pipe mounted on axles that took a pretty good sized truck to move it and 4 days of constant attention to keep the fire box going, it produced great meat but what a project! It reguired lots of beer as well. I admit I was a bit skeptical about an electric smoker. I looked at it different times for probably 2 years before buying one about a year ago. After the initial burn in, I tried some smoked salmon. I can honestly say it was the best that it had ever turned out! By having the temperature setting on this, its makes everything so much easier. You can load this smoker and walk away! Clean up is not bad either, I just put all the racks in the dishwasher, rinse out the bowl and wipe off the rest and its done! I do keep it covered and I recommend that if you live in a humid area like Florida keep the biscuits inside. Trust me they will swell if you dont! That was a mess! Get one of these , ya'll will love it!

I use this smoker exclusively for making beef jerky and it could not be any easier, It is like a smoker with training wheels, "you just can't fail with this one" Load it up turn it on and it does everything for you EXCEPT eat the food. I recommend this to anyone who loves jerky. This thing is well made and I know it can cook other stuff besides jerky but I use it so much, there is no other time to cook other foods in it.
