I've had this pastry board on my mental wish list for more than 5 year! Finally, I bought it because my daughter had to make sugar cookies for her class. I am so glad I have it!

I am very impressed with the quality of the wood and the weight. It is heavy so does not move around easily. The diagrams on the top are great for measuring the size of the pie dough.

I bought this board as a Christmas present to myself after years of using a cutting board for my pastry and having it slide about all over the counter. This board solves that problem, and has the measurements for all kinds of sized pie crusts. You can turn it over too, and use the other side for other tasks, but mine stays on pastry side where it gets used all the time. Great product.

When this pastry board arrived, I was surprised at the weight. Upon opening it, I was impressed with the overall size and thickness of the wood used. I looked at other pastry boards from other websites and this one was far less expensive and built just as well.

This is a Christmas gift for my husband. I would be glad to write a review after the holidays. But in the meantime, I can tell you that he wanted this product the minute he saw it in your catalog. It is all I can do not to give it to him NOW ! Of all the pastry boards I have looked at...and I have looked at many...this is the best I have seen. I am sure we will have it for a very long time if not forever.

I have always had a hard time to make pies crust,with this pastry board ,that will never happen again,the crust rolls out so easy and never sticks to the board,now I'm making pies all the time and my family is loving every bite,thank you for this product ,and making it so affordable.

My Christmas wishlist was short, but this item was at the top. I had used a plastic roll-up device for many years for rolling dough, but always had the same problem - it simply wouldn't lay flat. I had to secure it on all four corners to prevent it from curling. When I saw this, I knew it was a must for my kitchen. After admiring it for many months, I am finally in possession of a superior quality pastry board. I was amazed at the beauty/quality of the hardwood and couldn't wait to try it out. After having done so, I am extremely satisfied. If you're considering this purchase, don't hesitate. It is well worth the money.

I really like the pastry board. It is just as I expected. The only problem I have with it is finding a place to store it when not is use. It does not fit in any of my cabinets. Otherwise, great product.

The pastry board latches onto the counter to prevent the board from moving while rolling out dough, which is great. The premarked sizes work well for reaching the correct size of pie crusts. I have used this for pie crusts and cookie dough and it was extremely helpful for both.

product takes all the guess work out of cutting pasta for any size. When making raviola or any dumpling, you can be sure by measuring that all cook uniformingly. Makes a picture perfect dish.

You can't do better than this board. I got the large size which is big enough to keep the flour on the board. The lip keeps it in place and by cutting on the unmarked side, the pastry side will remain unmarked.
I haven't used the pastry side yet but the markings go from small "torte" size to the largest pie crust size. This is good looking enough to leave out on the island full time.

I used this product for the first time yesterday. I just love it. It is easy to use. I could roll out my dough to the desired amount. Very easy to clean up after using it. I would recommend this product for people who have trouble rolling out their dough for a specific size.
