this slow cooker is one of the best i have seen in many years. it cooks very well is very easy to use. the construction of this cooker is very good, the heat is very even, i have used it a few times and it seems it cooks better every time i use it. it is very easy to clean,i take good care of every thing i buy and in a few years i am sure it will work as good as it does today. so far this has been a very good buy.

I have used other slow cookers but each had some problems- either difficult to clean or too heavy etc. -- so finally decided to but the All-Clad -- it is still quite new but I have found it to be easy to clean- not too heavy,easy to set cooking time- and such a nice appearance it can be proudly used on a buffet.

Not only is this slow cooker beautiful, it cooks like a dream! Food turns out perfect every time. It is certainly worth the price. My family said my braise beef and noodles were the best cooked in the all clad slow cooker.

I received the All-Clad Slow Cooker as a Christmas gift. This slow cooker is wonderful! The size is just right for a family of four or more. I used the cooker for a small chuck roast and vegetables first and it cooked the meat and vegetables so tender. The slow cooker is easy to clean and the quality is, of course, All-Clad wonderful!

I have enjoyed using this slow cooker a great deal. The first one a got had a crack in the pot itself, but I returned it to the manufacturer free of charge and was sent another one and have been using it without any other problems. I am giving one to my son for Christmas this year. I would recommend this product.

I received this as a birthday gift last year in december, and i have to say I cant find enought recipies to make in it.
In the morning before work, i will add a seasoned pork shoulder, with onions, carrots, celery and garlic, i add some beef broth and let it cook on high for six hours, my daughter came ohome from school and she cal smell the savory meet cooking before she opened the front door.
She says that is what "home" is, When she can walk in and smell dinner cooking. I love to cook and this slow cooker makes it so much easier when all my family comes and goes at different times.
It is a breeze to clean up and hold enough for very large meal. I have a fmaily of 6 so we have food to the next day is we want to make sandwiches. If oyu want to make a great beef stwe for the winter months, use this cooker and you wont be dissappointed. The same goes for Chili, which we make on FOOTBALL sunday and great chicken soup with fresh veggies, that we sever right before cold and flu season.
It is very stylish and looks great on my kitchen counter. It is a heavy otem so you have to grab with both hands.

High quality and easy to use. We received this as a gift and is one of our favorite kitchen items. It is large enough to cook for a family and still have leftovers! Months may pass before I use it again (wife usually fights for the privileges to use it), but it so easy to use I do not need to get out any directions. A must-have during the winter, but also very useful in the summer for those large gatherings of family and friends.

I bought the All-Clad based on other reviews. I have used it every weekend since I purchased it. It is wonderful. I like the fact you can set the digital timer for whatever time you want and once the time has elapsed it keeps it on warm. It has plenty of room. It's the best.

This product has more features than the normal crock pot. I found it on line in "Chef'scatalog.com. I purchased it for my daughter. She has been bringing in meals for us in her new cooker and loves it. Thank-you all so very much.

WITH GREAT CARE I HAVE HAD TWO INSERTS START TO CRACK AND THEN BECOME UNUSABLE. BUYER BEWARE: to replace insert it is 40.00 plus shipping. It is not that great of a slow cooker for the money. Don't waste your money. The only plus is that it looks great on your counter. I also liked the warming feature. But I see that the ones in walmart also have this. UGH....

The slow cooker does a wonderful job, looks very professional and attractive (as well as a slow cooker can) on the counter. The only problem was that the lid makes noise against the lip of the internal crock (which we picked this model for the ceramic and not Aluminum one) but there seemed to be a good seal as you could not smell the fool until the lid was lifted. So awesome cooker, just a bit loose on the lid/crock connection.

I have wanted this slow cooker for a year and finally purchased for Thanksgiving. I have been using it non stop since purchase. Easy to use easy to clean. It is heavy and will be bulky to store. I made the mash potatoes in it for Thanksgiving. Turkey soup and navy bean soup, all turned out perfect.

I bought this slow cooker four years ago and use it at least weekly. It is an excellent product. However, about a year ago the ceramic liner began to develop hairline cracks on all sides of the handles, although it has never been hit or dropped. The cracks now extend well into the body of the liner. I wrote to All Clad to ask if this was a known problem or a safety issue. They asked for photos, which I sent. Their reply was that the unit is out of the one year warranty but I can buy a new liner for $40.49 plus $8.95 shipping. I think that for the overall price of this product, the liner should last much longer than the one year warranty period.

This slow cooker has a great appearance, and the 6.5 quart oval insert is awesome for roast and other meats. Another great feature is the timer automatically switches to warm after the set cooking time. The only thing is they should design in the future a lid latch for traveling from one location to the next to prevent spillage. Can not wait to cook some chili in this bad boy!

I purchased this slow cooker recently and have made a number of dishes in it. I'd had other slow cookers, but I believe this is the best one I have ever owned. As well as looking quite nice, it is fully functional. There is a rubber gasket around the top of the appliance itself on which the ceramic insert sits. This makes me feel more comfortable using this as don't have to worry about accidentally hitting the insert on the metal. The metal outside looks nice and is easy to wipe off, though I didn't see a problem with fingerprints usually seen on stainless.
I made pot roast, and spaghetti sauce and both came out wonderfully. I usually simmer my sauce for hours, but this made it so easy and my family raved about it.
It may seem pricey at $179.00, but I wish I'd invested in this much sooner.

I recently purchased the All-Clad slow cooker because their website indicated that regardless of the country where the product is manufactured, All-clad ensures the quality and purity of the materials used in production.
I was extremely pleased with the very first meal using the cooker. I've owned several slow cookers and this is the first cooker where the meat was tender and the veggies were not mushy. It seemed like magic! Yum! Very tasty!

I have used it very often yet, but have found it to be easy to set for just the time and temperature I want. It is a beautiful piece, sturdily made lid (my last pot - another brand - handle parted from lid and smashed on floor). I think I am going to enjoy this slow cooker very much.
