Cut and Carving Board : The angled cutting
surface of this cleverly designed chopping board
reserves liquids; once contained in the corner, they can
be easily poured into a bowl. The double-sided board has
a meat grip on one side for ease of carving and
manufactured from high-density polyethylene.
Polyethylene has abrasion resistance and
self-lubricating properties which means that bacteria
find it difficult to breed and knives stay sharp longer.
