"I originally bought these bowls because of the available color. My kitchen has a lot of green color and these were perfect, you cannot normally find these colors in a mixing bowl.......they reminded me of the 50's style that I love! After using them I am even more impressed. They are fantastic to use because they are light weight and the straight edge of the bowl does help with the mixing of the ingredients. They take up a lot less space when storing too, since they are less flared on the sides they take up less space when I stack them. I would recommend these for any kitchen!"

"I ordered this set in white specifically because the description said they were made in Portugal. My past experience is that ceramic items from Portugal are lightweight as compared to their size. Well, these arrived and they are beautiful to look at, lightweight and have a nice shiny, smooth finish. I love them. The fact that they nestle inside each other saves storage space. I will use these for bowl food prep and serving and am so happy to have found them at Chef's (and on sale, no less)!!"
