I Got this as a Christmas gift this year from my brother. He said that he has one too. It's so cool it does excatly what it say's. So easy to use and no more long line and taste better than those coffee shop type. I can't believe it.. It's price is high right now but I tell you what it's really worth it.. Especially if you pay for your special type of coffee drink this machine pays for it self. If you are like me tired of fighting for the parking space, paying for that parking space and stand in long winter line this is your answer.....
Pros: i love it...
Cons: no cons here. all pro

After every few cups the fault light would come on. I would have to disassemble and reassemble a few times to get the fault light out. Finally It went through the clean cycle and quit. I could not even remove the brew chamber. I sent it back for a refund. I ordered another brand.
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style
Cons: Unreliable, Performance

we were turned on to the saeco espresso makers by friends in california..so came home and had to have one of our own. searched for the same one as our friends' but is no longer made so decided on the odea giro. first one that came did not work on first try. the service dept at saeco was extemely helpful and the customer service at chefs were very helpful.. we sent the first back,,no shipping charges, received a new one within a few days and now we are enjoying espresso at least once a day. made cappuccino this morning. very easy to use, just need a little time to perfect your personal strength of espresso.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, quality, Easy to change/Empty filter, Fast/ Speed, easy to use, Appearance/ Design /Style, Performs Well, Number of speeds, Functional/Useful

This machine is incredible...really rich wonderful flavor...like real coffee should taste! Why you pay $5.00 a cup and more at Starbucks...to get that "real espresso" flavor with a bit of foaming on the top...due to the "hot water, bean grinding, flavor"...the result is "Perfection"...not bitter, and really rich quality tasting...I'm going to be "addicted" now...
