My husband and I purchased a Magimix 5200XL as a Christmas gift to each other in 2010. We purchased the juice extractor to refine juices and the dry diced fruits and vegetables for inclusion in salsas and other dishes. The extractor fit the 5200 XL bowls perfectly. It has a large enough capacity. We love it and use it often. It is fast, efficient, and effective in extracting juices from both raw and cooked items. It separates juices from their source within seconds and is far more effectively than straining or using hand-cranked devices. It is hard to clean but this is made easier by immersing it in hot soapy water immediately after use. I use a soft acrylic brush to dislodge any remaining stubborn pieces to ensure that it is clean without scratching the stainless. We highly recommend this extractor!
