"My mom asked for a salad shooter, I got her this product instead. The noise level is pretty low; love the retractable chord, better blade design, and a one-piece body design that holds the blade cylinder. That last past is very important for any of you that have had other products that require a retaining ring that you have to keep up with. This is the best-designed product of this kind."
