"I recently recieved this as a gift and absolutly love it! It's easy to use and anyone can use it. It's better than the pan and heavy lid, just hold down the handle. Cleaning is a breeze with just having to wipe it off after use. The recipes in the booklet are a good starting point, but you can easily expand and create your own sandwhiches. It's an easy and great way to make grilled cheese too! Would definatly recommend this if you are looking for a great panini maker!"

"I bought this Panini press as a present for my sister. Later I was pleasantly surprised to find that even though I bought it for my sister, my thirteen year old neice has moved past the recipes that were included and is now making her own Panini creations!! Cooking is a joy of mine and I am so pleased that this gift has gotten my neice excited about the art and creativity of cooking."
