I actually have 6- 3 sizes of these bread pans, and love them all for different reasons. They do a great job of baking the loaves and the non stick surface works good.
I would recommend them to any one who loves to make bread as I do.

A basic -- but professional grade -- loaf pan -- well made, sturdy, etc. (I have had loaf pans that bend!). These are substantial and the browning is very even.

Wrong size - my fault

I measured the pan from the top and not the bottom. So it was way too big and I already had two of them that size. I'm sure the pans are fine - just not what I wanted. I'll give them as gifts.

These pans are fantastic. The bread came out perfect. The best way to prevent rust is to dry them in a warm oven.

MY BREAD COMES OUT BEAUTIFULLY

I bake Challah and other breads. Some breads are braided and then I put them into the pan........what a wonderful result and such a beautiful, large substantial slice to behold.
The sides are even and the rising perfect. My loaves pop out without greasing the pans. Be sure not to use anything metal on them. They should outlast a lifetime.

I have about 4 different types of bread baking pans, and wasn't happy with any of them.I saw the add for the 1# pan and decided to give them a try. They do a fab job on my bread...I am 110% satisfied,my breads brown beautifully, always release, and perfect if you are using a 2# bread dough maker.Really like that they are made in U.S. and are substancial.I expect to use them a LONG time.

These are the best loaf pans you can buy! I have a set I have used for years! My old set was one given to me from my Great Great Grandma and they were the best before I got these! These pans are made with the same quality and heavy duty as my old ones. You can't go wrong!

I bought two of these loaf pans and I am so glad that I did. I do not use any oil or spray on them and the bread comes right out. Cleanup is so easy . The directions for these pans tell you to set your oven temperature 25 degrees less than what is called for in the recipe that you use. I do this and all works well. I cannot say enough good about these pans. I just wish I had something like this available when my children were young and at home..

For many years I thought recipe was all that mattered. Now I know that the equipment can make a world of difference in the final results. These pans bake quicker, more evenly and are a snap to clean. I wish I had brought them 20 years ago.
Pros: should last 3 life times.

Great Purchase

The quality is very good and cleaning is very easy. The only thing I recommend is to bake breads for a little bit less time. I noticed the bottom and edges seem to get very dark when I cook at the recommended temperature and time for the recipe. If I cut the baking time down by 5-10 minutes the breads come out perfect!

I purchased two of these bread pans and they are the best ones I've ever had. I've baked bread, banana bread, and other quick breads in them and they baked perfectly every time. They are heavy gauge and quality built. They clean up very easily and look like they will last a lifetime. These are everything you could ask for in a bread pan.
