This is a great way to keep items warm when putting together a varied menu. It does a great job keeping the food warm as well as warming plates. The only downside is the plastic lids that cover the three food warming areas. Metal lids are available but are not inexpensive. Another note, one of the food trays arrived bent and required a pair of pliers to repair. It worked like a champ for a turkey dinner as well as Christmas morning breakfast.

This is my 3rd buffet purchase from broilking. Each buffet is different but all are wonderful. They always make and impresstion. Simple construction makes them easy to dismantle and clean. They are also very light in weight for as much as they hold. We use them even more than we thought we would! Not just for home parties....also great for use at school functions.
Pros: easy to clean, impressive to guests, durable
