laser-tested blade is 30% sharper and holds an edge 30%
better than the average blade - the sharpest Wusthof
knife ever made. Precision forward bolster allows full

bolster on the heel provides additional heft to the
handle and stainless beauty on the end of the knife,
embossed with the Wusthof logo. Stainless-steel triple
rivets permanently secure the handle to the tang of the
knife. The contoured shape is unique for an elegant

When I'm in the Kitchen, I become: Cooking Martyr
I had to replace my favorite knife and looked long and hard for the perfect one. The Wusthof Classic Ikon 5-in. serrated utility knife is good quality, nicely weighted and comfortable in my hand, and, above all, it is sharp. It cuts hard and soft fruits and vegetables with ease. I am glad to have it, and will use it for a long time, since it has a lifetime warranty! Very pleased with this purchase.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: mesh colanders of various sizes

I tried these knives in a store, and they are just fabulous. Great ergonomics and beautiful.
