I've read may reviews (elsewhere) and many complained of the handle weight and "warping". I've only used this once so far and have to disagree with all of the negative reviews. It's a great griddle; happy to have purchased it.

What a difference this griddle makes when I make french toast, burgers, etc. Things just slide off and there is plenty of room to cook as many as I need. Keep it right on the stove now. Use it almost every day.

I have a nice set of Cuisinart cooking pans/pots but never had the skillet. After going through several very cheap skillets I finally broke down and ordered the Cuisinart one. Not only was it on sale but the skillet is very, very nice! Nice weight to it, very flat, even cooking - I love it! BTW, I've had the rest of my Cuisinarts for almost 6 years, lots of use, and they are still AMAZING!

My old square griddle was warped and did not sit flat on my new ceramic stove, so really needed a new one, especially for french toast and grilled sandwiches. Good quality, even heating... just what i wanted and needed.
I haven't had it long enough to know how long-lasting it is, but think it should hold up well since anything else that I've purchased from Cuisinart has been excellent... so relying on the brand name on this one.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, even cooking, construction

I love this item. I used it on my grill with the lid down and it cooked my beef skewers to perfection. The handle stayed cool and clean up was so simple.

I recently bought a Cuisinart Hard-Anodized 11-in. Square Griddle. As always Cuisinart came through with a great quality product. The easy grip handles stay cool. I love the reinforced construction of the handles and the griddle was hot and ready to go in no time. The non-stick surface allowed me to make perfect pancakes. The heat distribution was even all across the surface and each of the three pancakes turned out perfect. Wash up was a breeze. Basically just rinse and wipe. Next, I am going to make some flat bread. Have no doubt it will come out great. Once again, I have found a great product at a great price at Chefs.

This griddle is wonderful. I've had others in the past that warped and scratched. I've had this one for a year and it still looks brand new. I use it almost every day, but don't put it in the dishwasher.
