A must for homemade pizza March 20, 2008

"The pizza production at my house on a Friday night requires this wooden peel to make the pizza on before sliding it onto a very hot pizza stone and then removing it from the oven with a metal peel. But this wooden peel is key to the production as it's very difficult to slide raw pizza dough off a metal one."
