"This is a very high quality product. The plastic is extremely sturdy. This is a huge 4 cup measuring cup fitted with a filter to strain the fat and other gross things. It even has a pretty deep red colored lid. It's much nicer than I thought it would be, and bigger too. Of course I had read it was 4 cups, but when it came, I was still shocked at how big it was. It's just wonderful for making those big batches of stock. And it's dishwasher safe, too!"
