The Brolking Ultra large griddle came recommended by a very popular food magazine. The cooking surface is larger than any griddle I have ever owned. Its heavy duty and priced right.

A request for Xmas was a new potable grill and my wife received the usual department store version of a "extra large grill". The Kids knew it was not large enough but it was the best available and said "if you can find a better one, take this one back".
I went on line to the CHEFS site and found exactly what she wanted and the price was fantastic, the shipping was so fast it was here before I expected it.
It is a quality piece of equiptment and know we are ready for the crowd on Super Bowl Sunday.

I bought this for my son because he often said he would like a griddle big enough to cook everything so i went on the search for a large on for him for christmas . Well i belive i have found ond that will please him it is the largest one i have ever seen now they can all sit down to eat together

I bought 2 of these griddles recently and took them both on a family vacation to the beach. They were easy to use and very easy to clean. Made great pancakes and eggs for everyone! Love the expansive size and will get them as gifts for other family members this Christmas

I received my griddle very soon after ordering. I followed the instructions and washed it carefully getting ready to try it on my first large meal.
On the griddle, I fried a large batch of home fried potatoes and pork sausage. When these were nearly done, I fried half dozen egss for the family for breakfast. I was very surprised with the size of the griddle that allowed me to fry everyhing without using any other pans etc.
Wish I had purchased this item earlier as it saves me time in preparation and cleanup.
I plan to buy another to use for family meals when we have a crowd.to prepare for in a short period of time.

I had been looking for a large electric griddle for some time, but held off purchasing because I wasn't sure I'd get enough use out of one. I changed my mind the first time I made buttermilk pancakes with it-very easy to manage 6 fair sized cakes at a time. Heats evenly, cleans easily, but storage might be tricky for folks with limited storage space. I'm glad I bought it and would recommend it to others as well.

This griddle cooks so efficiently and clean up is a breeze. I can get 4 different breakfast orders done all at once so we can eat as a family. I would highly recommend.

I've tried several griddles that cost much less but in the end were a waste of money. I make swedish pancakes. You need a hot griddle. The others would warp or have uneven temperatures. This one works well. Only downside other than cost is it takes a bit of time to get up to temperature.

I have used this only twice since my purchase a couple of weeks ago. It works well, and is large enough to cook many things at once.
It is very simplistic, the bottom is a bit rough to feel, and unpleasant to look at, but the top of the griddle is the most important, and it is all you need. It cleans up well, and is quite easy to clean, it can be placed in the dishwasher, but I prefer to clean it in the sink. And as other viewers have stated, the cord can be slightly difficult to connect, you have to press hard, but once you get the knack of it, then it does not seem to be much of a problem. It also heats up quickly, so not much waiting, if you are in a hurry. Unless you are completely limited on space, to no space, this griddle is very easy to store. I only give this product a 4 star because of it's simplicity. But for better quality, you would need to spend more money, therefore, it is a good value for the price.

happy I have purchased this griddle. even heat to a point.
I was using my mother's griddle (electric) from 50 yrs ago. It was stainless steel and cast iron and It did much better. but you buy these products anymore. 50 yrs and my mother used that griddle every week and later on put it in her dishwasher when most people didn't have a dishwasher and it was not good thing to do. The griddle died last year and I needed to replace it but nothing compares to the things they made years ago. I do beleive my moms griddle was broil king or king broil.

Large size, even heating make this griddle a great value. I previously had the professional version of this griddle, but it shorted out after 4 years of weekly pancake duty. This griddle is similar, but less expensive. Heats up more slowly than the professional, but is a wonderful product. The best option I have found for pancakes.

I shopped everywhere, but couldn't find a griddle large enough with good quality. This one is large enough to do an entire breakfast for a large family, and many pancakes or french toast. I have been looking for a large non-stick electric griddle to handle all kinds of cooking. I love making eggplant but before I had this griddle I had to have 3 or more fry pans going at once to handle the grilling of the egg plant prior to making the parmesan layers. Clean up was quite the chore. Yesterday, I made my famous eggplant and I used this griddle. I was able to sit at the dining room table and grill my eggplant layers all on the one griddle. It kept its temperature over the whole surface. More importantly I used very little oil and was able to get the browning I desired. Clean up was a breeze. I used it last weekend to do a full breakfast of home fried potatoes, breakfast sausage and eggs. I did it all on the same surface, no muss no fuss. I love it and plan on using it often.
