We have several classic Wusthof knives but this is the first Ikon we have purchased. And I would like to replace all my knives with these. I love the handle. It is so comfortable to use. It fits excellently in the hand and is definitely well balanced. We have never had any complaints with our Wusthof knives and this one will continue that reputation.
