"By far the best pan I have ever had. It dispenses the heat much more evenly than anything I have had thus far. And the clean up is great!"

"There isn't a week that goes by that I don't use this pan. I purchased this pan a year or 2 ago, and it has to be the best investiment I have made. Not only do I make omelettes in the pan, but I have even cooked a pork roast in it.

The pan cooks food very evenly. Moreover because it conducts heat well I find that I cook on a lower cooking setting that I would normally."

"This is hands down the best pan I have ever used, plus it lookis great too! The non-stick feature is truly that, I have not found anything the gets stuck to the pan. In fact, food slides around so freely that the challenge is to get a spatula under the food to flip it without the food sliding around. A nice problem to have. Better still, the pan cooks great. It browns, sears, and cooks anything to perfection using less heat the the other Calphalon pans I have. The glass lid is great to keep an eye on things without having to uncover the pan and the handle is always cool to the touch. Next on my list is the entire set. A++++++++"

The best for Omelettes and Eggs January 28, 2008

"I was looking for a pan that I could make omelettes in since I'm the world's worst omelette maker. No more. I put the lid on, let the top of the eggs set, lift the lid, put my cheese, etc., on one side, lift the other side on top of the ingredients, put the lid back on to let the cheese melt. Afterwards, I slide the omelette onto the plates. Wow! I'm going to buy one of these pans for my daughter and her family. I'm SOLD."
