My very old Belgian waffle iron stopped working a couple of years ago and I have been looking for a good replacement ever since. I waffled (sorry, just had to:) over whether to pay the price for this one so I bought another brand but had to return it due to uneven browning. I asked friends and did research on waffle irons but couldn't come up with one that got consistently good reviews. I finally decided to purchase the KitchenAid Pro Line. I have made several batches of waffles, each from a different recipe and every waffle came out perfectly and evenly browned. I am completely satisfied and wish I hadn't put off my decision for so long! And, another perk...cleanup is essentially nothing.

I love Belgian Waffles. And this is the best waffle maker I have seen.Especially since it makes two waffles at a time. No waiting for the first waffle to get done before starting the next one. Now my wife and I can have waffles together. It has not left my counter since I got it. It is easy to clean and use. Absolutely a great item to have if you love Belgian waffles.

The King of All Waffle Makers

This is the easiest to use waffle maker EVER!!! I bought it for myself as a Christmas gift in 07 and have started "Waffle Sundays" at home as a result. I positively LOVE the fact that I can make 2 waffles at once in less than 8 minutes! Clean up is just as amazing....really! Nothing sticks. There is absolutely no need to spray the inside. I do recommend buying a basting brush (soft bristles) to help with the clean up on the inside. You just tilt the head sideways and brush everything off. Since I bought it, I have not been disappointed, as long as you have a good waffle mix; the waffles come out golden and crispy every single time. I strongly recommend it. It's worth the money!

I have been looking for the perfect belgian waffle maker and I have finally found it with this waffle maker. It makes nice crisp waffles and I love the fact that it makes 2 waffles at a time. This is one appliance that is going to stay on my island in the kitchen because it is used almost daily by my husband for breakfast. It is very simple to use and there is no cleanup because the waffles come out of the machine perfect every time. If you love waffles this is the waffle maker to buy.

I have searched for years for the right waffle maker and i have found the rose among many thorns! This is the best! It makes the most wonderful waffles with nice crust yet soft and smooth on inside. Breakfast waffles are beautiful but the savory waffles for dinner were over the top. I even found a great recipe for making outstanding waffle cones for ice cream! It is worth every penny. I even freeze let overs and they warm up wonderfully!

We own this waffle maker (3 yrs old) and just purchased one for our son and his family for Christmas. Two gorgeous waffles at a time, done to perfection so 8 people can eat 1/4 waffle while the next two are cooking. If you love waffles you will love this product -- so easy to use,

A great product. Heavy duty. I know it will last for years, unlike other products not to be mentioned. The non stick surface is really non stick. Use your pastry brush after everything has cooled and sweep it clean. And best of all, it makes two waffles at the same time!

This is the very best! Why oh why did I wait so long? In reality it works just as advertised. It's easy, you just have to remember to press the "Start" button, otherwise it's practically foolproof. Wer are now enjoyng waffles for Sunday morning brunch. Whether its making one or two, the ease doesn't change.

I can't say enough about this waffle maker. I have taken it to pot luck brunches and the waffles were the hit of the day. With the killer whole wheat recipe I have, everyone loved them. And clean up is a snap. Doesn't get any better than that!

I have now had the opportunity to test the KitchenAid Pro Line Waffle Maker and I have been very pleased with this product. It heats evenly and maintains its temperature. The griddle produces nice deep hollows in the waffle to capture toppings. The ability to bake two waffles simultaneously quickens the process so much that I don't know how I have lived without it previously. It is very durable and it does have a large footprint for the countertop. The height of the oven with the lid open does not fit under my cabinets. That said, I have used many Belgian Waffle makers and have never found one that cooked so evenly and was truly non-stick. I have used several different recipes and all have simply come right out with no sticking. As such, cleanup is a breeze. If your looking for a true Belgian Waffle Oven that is durable then I would look no further.

I've wanted a large two sided Belgian waffle maker for years. When this one went on sale, I chose it over the less expensive models that I had been looking at. I'm very happy I did. It's very well made & we've had some really great waffles with it.

I purchased our first KitchenAid waffle maker a few years back. It performed so well that I bought one for my daughter and she is also impressed by its quality and ease of use. Now, I'm living out a motto that I've told my children for years...If one is good, two are better! Just purchased the pro-line model and could not be happier with its performance and looks. KitchenAid makes quality products and CHEFS is outstanding in delivey and service of its inventory. I would highly recommend both CHEFS and Kitchenaid with confidence in your satisfaction.

I have never had a waffle iron like this before. It makes making waffles a pleasure. They turn out like they are described.. I am still working with the time level, but I think it has to do with the batter each time so I will continue to moniter and adjust as necessary. Could not be more pleased. Am donating my old waffle iron to my church thrift shop!

After much research, I decided to give the Kitchen Aid a try for an authentic Belgian Waffle recipe that needs a heavy duty appliance. This one fit the bill for quality and price. The waffles were perfect! I highly recommend this waffle maker over much more expensive ones. Kitchen Aid never lets me down.
